What you’ll love and what you won’t
The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the ski lifts. Attentive staff who truly enhance your stay.
Although the dining was enjoyable, the overall ambiance felt more like a restaurant than a hotel.

Lovely dining experience with fantastic service.
The room was appallingly outdated and lacked basic amenities. It was shocking to find only one socket available, making it impossible to charge multiple devices. The breakfast was overpriced and severely lacking in options, which added to the frustration of our stay.

The hotel restaurant offers a fantastic five-course meal each night.
The rooms need modern amenities. they felt quite dated.

Just a balanced option for a brief stop-in in La Clusaz with great value for the money. The restaurant serves the best fondue in town. If you're sensitive to noise, choose a room away from the square.

What a delightful experience! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the village, making it easy to access the slopes. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was attentive, though the room could use a bit more light. Overall, I found it to be a great value for money.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The rustic charm of the hotel truly stole my heart! I loved our cozy room with its beautiful wooden finish and warm heater, making it a perfect retreat after long days on the slopes. Plus, the spa was a total dream—soaking in the jacuzzi was exactly what I needed while the ski slopes were just a few steps away!

Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the ski lifts. Room was cozy with beautiful wooden finishes but quite small. Found it a bit cramped for two people. Heating worked perfectly, keeping us warm. The bathroom looked great, although a bit dated. Staff were friendly and really helpful. they provided great tips on local spots. Breakfast was solid, filling up on local foods. The spa area was a highlight, loved the jacuzzi after a long day. However, I missed having tea/coffee in the room. Not a dealbreaker, but it would have been nice. The nights were quiet despite being near the town center.
